To integrate our Finance team based on Braine-l'Alleud, we are looking for a Financial Business Partner Marketing:


Provide Bel Belgium Management Team & Marketing Team with timely and correct financial reports, managing the Planning and Control cycle of Bel Belgium Marketing via the P&L, and assessing financial risk and opportunities in a timely and correct manner. Responsible for accruals posting and follow-up of the financial balance and P&L.


Main responsabilities:

Support the local marketing team on day-to-day monitoring of A&P budget & understanding of data:

  • Is the local relay of the financial culture/good practices, ensuring quality of A&P shared data: booking of A&P on good period / accurate nature (new taxonomy) with right approval
  • Support to design / get the relevant reporting
  • Share with marketing teams a common understanding of monthly data & gaps with budget (delay of commitments, phasing, cuts,…) in order to monitor budget
  • Train the marketing teams on finance/processes basics

Make sure the benefits from global contracts & decisions are captured locally

Include the brand axis trough P&L analysis

Drive the A&P efficiency & ROI

Support the day to day the marketing teams on innovations:

  • Is the local relay towards local teams of the financial culture
  • Ensure quality of inno data/process with the right KPI’s tracked & understood
  • Ensure that its the country innovations are accretive
  • Train the teams on processes, P&L and inno financial basics and develop easy-to-use tools

Animates portfolio financial analysis during country codev

Is the Global Inno finance team relay locally

Is part of innovations projects:

  • Finance representant, capacity to challenges assumptions taken on projects)


Qualifications & experience:

Degree in business economic sciences (University) preferably Finance & Control.

Minimal 3-5 years of relevant international professional experience within complex organizations (preferably FMCG).

Driving for results / making things happen/teamwork                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Fluent in English, French and NL is an important plus                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Good understanding of Microsoft Software and especially very through knowledge of MS Excel and SAP

Management experience with capability to act as a business partner for all disciplines of the organization
