Senior Payroll Specialist
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll of UAE, KSA, Lebanon and HO employees, including the preparation and maintenance of all relevant salary reports and dashboards. Additionally, assist in the calculation of various additional payments such as bonuses, profit shares, sales commissions and incentives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing the monthly payroll operation, meeting deadlines, and generating all relevant reports.
- Manage HR KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, overtime, turnover) and prepare related reports for management.
- Collaborate with cost control to prepare the human resources budget, including staff needs, salaries, and overtime.
- Ensure the reconciliation of income tax, monthly contributions for social insurance, salary taxes, and other relevant deductions, and prepare the social insurance and taxes deduction reports for the finance department's payments.
- Apply yearly salary increases and adjustments while considering country tax constraints; assist with all salary and incentive studies reports.
- Issue necessary letters for banks, annual increase letters, bonus...etc.
- Calculate exit settlements for departing employees, covering monthly salaries, vacation balances, and any additional financial indemnities; assist with profit share and bonus schemes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of payroll experience.
- Experience in managing GCC payroll is a plus.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
