We are looking for a passionate Global Content & Media Manager to be part of the Bel Marketing Transformation team. You will be in charge of implementing and tracking the Integrated Marketing Communication strategies across touchpoints to co-build ours global brands, optimize the efficiency and the return on investment. To do so, you support both the global brands and the local marketing teams. Finally, you manage the ecosystem of media agencies and select the right partners to ensure the marketing transformation.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Marketing Communication management
• Drive marketing transformation through IMC initiatives development at a global level and IMC initiatives deployment and adoption at a local level (Retail Media, Search, Social Media…) 
• Support the global brand teams and the local marketing teams to help them building their annual marketing plan and their IMC activations (From the audience definition to creative execution, partnering with media, agencies and internal teams to the holistic measurement) 
• Manage and centralize the IMC benchmarks, the feedbacks, the tests and the key learnings from the global and local brand teams.
Global media investment & performance management
• Recommend on the media investment model for the brands on the key markets according to the strategic priorities and the maturity of the brands.    
• Support and guide key countries on the implementation of performance and efficiency media plans: define the frame for annual objectives through our productivity models
• Select, implement and monitor the tools to follow on the media performance & return on investment (Datorama, MOAT, Brandwatch…)
Global agencies and partnership ecosystem
• Manage and orchestrate both agencies the agency ecosystem and ensure that they collaborate transversally
• Manage the global IMC partnerships with key players (Facebook, Google, Pinterest …).
• Ensure each country receive the good level of support and the proper resources from the local subsidiaries of the agency ecosystem.
Team management
• Manage the IMC community in each country and ensure that they collaborate transversally

 

PROFILE
• Over 8 years of experience in managing and executing large scale activations across touchpoints
• Strong experiences in marketing/media ecosystem (agencies…)
• Strong background in both brand and media strategy and planning
• Ideally experienced in a multi-country environment.

SPECIFIC SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS (foreign languages, software skills, technical skills, …):
Leadership skills
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills: Accelerate transformation, Dare to innovate, Unconditional collaboration, Demonstrate agility and resilience.      
Business & marketing skills
• Excellent knowledge of digital tools and methodologies
• Traditional media management (purchasing and performance optimization)
• Excellent knowledge of the marketing strategy and planning to collaborate with Brand Directors
• Excellent project management skills 
Data & customer centricity skills
• Audience planning skills, ability to train, upskill people on precision marketing approach, meaning able to explain how to use signals, insights to design a tribe’s strategy and then activate it and follow the impact on brand image/sales with measurement protocol
• Data & analytical skill allowing you to manage the usage and adoption of a holistic dashboard via Datorama (Salesforce BI tool), and work on transversal project such as Customer Data Platform with the ability to work with key stakeholder such as IT/Data scientist/Data engineer. 
Language skills
 You are fluent both in English and French
