As part of the Out Of Home team, you will report to the Global OOH Channel Marketing Manager.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES


1. Business Planning & Monitoring:


• Lead & consolidate yearly channel assessment to fuel strategic plan
• Contribute to yearly Out of Home Budget planning.
• Lead monthly A&P tracking
• Lead the enrichment of Out Home Product catalogue


2. Portfolio Development


• Lead out of home innovation & renovation projects from development to market launch.
• Lead weekly feasibility request review to screen, approve &/or challenge country-led innovation & renovation requests to maximize impact on OOH Channel ensuring robust insight & opportunity, securing business case & P&L outcomes
• Contribute as permanent member to Out of Home Portfolio Committee.
• Consolidate competitive & innovation reviews in key markets with SI & RID Teams
• Ensure inno/reno project governance (O2T champion) by onboarding new OOH comers & recommending adjustments if needed.


3. Communication


• Lead the global website launch adoption & usage by countries, maintenance, content enrichment & monitoring
• Lead the Bel FS Hub adoption & usage by countries, maintenance, content enrichment & monitoring
• Lead the development & execution of OOH comm content (Digital/Social, PR, POSM, Recipe Book)
• Lead the coordination & execution of multi-country activations on OOH touchpoints (from pack to POS)

4. OOH Team Animation & Development


• Contribute to the animation of OOH Community through inspiration & best practice sharing on internal platforms
• Contribute to quarterly marketing meetings
• Lead OOH digital capabilities
• Manage the OOH Channel Assistant

 

PROFILE


• Minimum business or marketing bachelor’s Degree required
• 5-8 years successful marketing experience
• Food Service Experience
• Demonstrated Experience in International Environment

• Drive and accelerate transformation, Unconditional collaboration, Result-oriented
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills in an international & a matricial environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Master Prioritization & effective time management.


Business & Marketing Skills:
• Strong project management skills in the context of innovation pipeline management: mastery of Agile methods, ability to manage complexity (number of projects and/or countries), ability to speed up the innovation pace
• Knowledge of OOH product value drivers (functionalities, usage, taste, nutrition, CSR…)
• Strong analytical & synthesis skills (global data analysis, P&L forecast, competitive & operator insights…)
• Knowledge & genuine curiosity for Food Service environment
• Digital Experience is key (website development, ECom experience, CRM experience…)

 

Language skills:
• You are fluent in English and French.
