MAIN MISSIONS
Within the Group Indirect Purchasing Department, you will be in charge of IT purchasing and IT intellectual services, reporting to the Director of Indirect Purchasing and Transport.
In the context of this new position and a sharp increase in IT activities, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Responsibility for purchasing IT projects, by putting suppliers out to tender, negotiating, and contracting projects, in line with the purchasing strategy defined by you.
- Responsibility for business continuity within the current scope, setting up supplier panels and rationalizing the current supplier pool.
These missions will be carried out by setting up and carrying out the following activities:
- Define purchasing strategies and roadmaps for the various categories in collaboration with internal customers (IT and business customers) and deploy them via:
- Mapping current spending, suppliers, and contracts
- by integrating the Group's short- and medium-term needs
- by anticipating future needs by integrating market trends and innovations
- and by integrating Bel's cybersecurity policy and regulatory framework.
- Negotiate and formalize contracts in collaboration with the Group's Legal Department,
- Animate the community of internal prescribers and DSI correspondents.
- Manage and monitor supplier performance through business reviews, evaluations, KPI tracking, etc.
- Monitor the technical, regulatory and legal aspects of the supplier market.
- Steering operational performance and developing new expertise for the purchasing function in the broadest sense of the term
- Contribute to the Group's CSR commitments.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have a 5-year degree from a business, engineering or IT school, with 3 to 5 years' experience in IT purchasing.
You have a strong interest in new technologies and are constantly monitoring the various markets concerned.
Your English is fluent, and you have strong analytical skills and knowledge of the different areas of the IT sector.
You know how to work in project mode, and you have the ability to build strong relationships with your internal customers (IT and business) as well as with your external partners and suppliers.
