Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Factory Industrial Performance Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving and leading all improvement projects that impact factory efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the BEL Manufacturing Model (BMM) performance standards and coordinating activities linked to performance improvements integrated into the factory's 3-year performance roadmap (PCS 5).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the factory's Operational Excellence Roadmap to maximize manufacturing efficiency, reduce losses, and develop capacity.
  • Drive behavioral change across the plant through coaching and active support of employees.
  • Support the factory in achieving productivity targets and identifying new productivity opportunities.
  • Implement and support BMM standards and continuous improvement processes.
  • Build and coordinate the factory's digital roadmap as a performance enabler.
  • Initiate and support training to ensure all employees understand and apply BMM standards.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Industrial Performance function and other BEL plants to leverage best practices.
  • Define and coordinate improvement projects and support daily operations.

Performance Management:

  • Ensure full implementation of BMM basic manufacturing requirements.
  • Train and coach middle management and operators on BMM standards and problem-solving tools.
  • Lead factory self-assessments and audits using COMPASS.
  • Coordinate factory pillars and support improvement tools and methodologies.

Systems Support:

  • Utilize manufacturing system tools to track performance KPIs and integrate performance improvement projects into the factory's 3-year roadmap (PCS 5).

Change and Improvement Management:

  • Coordinate the Operational Excellence Roadmap through a 3-year Productivity Master Plan (PCS 5).
  • Identify performance gaps through benchmarking studies and create awareness for improvement.
  • Support major transformation projects to enhance factory performance and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10-15 years of professional experience in operations (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Development).
  • Experience with Industrial Performance tools and methodologies.
  • Potential for growth into head of department or plant manager roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to move from vision to operational data.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
