LOCATION and REPORT LINE

Location: North Sydney

Reporting to: General Manager ANZ and functionally to Supply Chain Director Overseas

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Manage Supply Chain daily operations to deliver full customer satisfaction, focusing on import clearance, 3PL management, and order to delivery process.
  • Lead monthly S&OP process in a play to win and business partnering mindset and close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at right cost.

MAIN DUTIES

1) Logistics Management (60%)

 

Hands on:

- Pilot day to day Supply Chain operations  

- Ensure order to delivery process meets customers’ requirements

- Guarantee inventory accuracy and integrity and make sure of sufficient stock to cover sales

- Facilitate sales opportunities by providing responsive and agile solutions

- Alert on short shelf-life products or excess inventory, propose solutions and monitor non quality costs.

- Ensure responsive customer logistics claim

 

Control and improve:

- Animate performance of the logistics Service Provider through monthly SLA

- Monitor and Control total logistics costs to secure effective cost to serve.

- Lead Logistics Budget process E2E to align the expectation with key stakeholders.

- Drive Productivity & CSR Improvement journey.

- Benchmark regularly transport and logistics market

- Evaluate and improve overall supply chain processes and systems to enhance supply chain contribution.

- Implement mid-term Supply Chain strategy for ANZ in line with group & regional ambition.

 

 

2) S&OP and Demand Planning (40%)

- Lead Local S&OP and Demand Planning Process on a mid-term horizon (up to 24 months), at a family     level and co-build demand plan with Sales & Marketing team.

- Animate S&OP and demand review meetings with BU leadership team & Consolidate Demand Forecasting with key assumptions and Risks & Opportunities.

- Propose Forecast Projection based on statistical analysis, considering market trends, customers vision, guidelines from Group and Cluster Executive S&OP issued from previous S&OP cycle.

- Collect information from Marketing on New Products and plan Phase In/Phase Out processes.

- Facilitate Data valorization and gap analysis vs. budget, M-1, Y-1 etc. 

- Ensure & maintain proper customization of S&OP tools and JDA tools.

 

3) Team engagement

- Develop team motivation and productivity/efficiency with development plans and smart objectives.

- Foster teamwork, transparency, and growth mindset.

- Encourage bottom-up approach with right level of empowerment, responsibilities, and ownership.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Requirements
  • Min 5 years of experience in SC operation and warehouse management
  • Familiar with ERP system in supply chain (SAP) is a plus
  • Computer skills MS office.
  • Want to make a difference with big well-known brands in a smaller structure (best of both words)
