As an Intern or Trainee Digital Content Creator, you will support the development of digital learning materials and content for the Growth Community (Sales, Marketing, RID). This role is designed to help you learn and grow your skills in creating engaging digital learning experiences, with a focus on using AI tools and multimedia to enhance learning.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and other team members to develop innovative and engaging learning content for various delivery methods, such as the existing e-learning platforms, webinars, VR ….
Your primary focus will be on assisting in the creation of engaging, interactive digital learning materials while learning how to use cutting-edge tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Exploration: Stay curious and explore emerging trends in learning technologies and AI-driven tools that can enhance content creation.
Content Creation: Help develop digital content like videos, microlearning modules, and interactive elements.
Multimedia Support: Work with videos, animations, graphics, and other multimedia to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Collaboration: build a network of content providers to help us source and design effective and engaging digital learning content.
Technology Utilization: benchmark and learn how to use cost-effective solutions (AI authoring tools) and our e-learning platform to create and enhance learning content at scale.
Learner Engagement: gather users testimonials and feedback and integrated them in content design and communication campaign to help maintain a learning culture within the organization.
Feedback Collection: Support the collection and integration of user feedback to improve content and design strategies.
Content Updates: Help update and modify existing digital content, learning how to convert raw data or basic materials into engaging and interactive content.
Gamification Learning: Learn and explore how gamification techniques can be applied to learning content to make it more fun and engaging for users.
