💼CONTEXT
We are looking for a talented and creative collaborator (H / F) for a period of 24 months (01/07/2025 – 30/06/2027) to support the HR team based in Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 20 km from Brussels).
Under the supervision of the HR Manager Benelux, we offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic and committed Benelux team in a support role for the HR team. In addition to day-to-day operations, you will work on various projects aimed at optimizing and improving processes related to human resources. 🤩
📌MISSIONS
You will support the HR Manager for the missions below:
Training and development;
- Promote the development of the staff in order to improve the critical knowledge and skills for effective performance and leadership.
- In corporation with top managers, manage people reviews for potential evaluation and define individual development plans.
- Propose a local training plan based on the expressed needs and the global/local strategies and follow up implementation and budget.
- According to training objectives, choose local training consultants/companies and manage all related aspects (contract, payment, timing…).
Recruiting and integrating;
- Advise and leads the recruitment process adapted to the profile and in respect to the Corporate rules : you will be responsible for the recruiting entire process of interns, VIE and some others positions (sourcing, selecting, and evaluating candidates)
- Help the manager to define the job profiles to provide.
- Apply effective selection techniques that make the company a good employer and enable to attract the best candidates.
- Develop school partnerships for the recruitment of interns, particularly for NL interns
- Assist newly hired employees in their integration in the company : you will manage the onboarding of new hires (from preparation to support)
Human Resources Administration/SAP HR/Reporting:
- Is in charge of all the information on SAP HR System and other HR tools.
- Handling administrative tasks and tracking files
HR Development and management:
- Support the local and corporate HR projects.
- Create HR procedures to improve team efficiency
- Lead on internal communications
- Manage routine administrative tasks (drafting employment contracts/amendments, responding to employee inquiries, organizing internal events, meetings, etc.)"
- Active participation in Planet People work group
🔎YOUR PROFILE
Freshly graduate from a business school or its equivalent with a HR specialization, you ideally have 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR management (internships included!). FMCG experience is a plus.
You are creative, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and are a real team-player.
Hands on person who’ll get the job done (pro-active, responsible & autonomous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
The role requires confidentiality of certain information, so you are able to remain discreet !
Fluent in English and French is essential. Dutch is a plus !
