CONTEXT

 

The Activity Manager is responsible for the coordination of key activities of the business unit including innovations, renovations, product stops, activations and productivity projects.

 

 

MISSIONS

 

Project Management (70%)

 

  • Leading the execution quality process and coordination of the commercialization of product or packaging change projects on the BU
  • Coordination with operational teams (Demand Planning, CS, logistics) and business teams (Sales, Mkt, S&OP Mgr, Catman) to ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality launches
  • Close collaboration with Global AM  (highly complex projects,  projects highly strategic for the group, multicountries projects)
  • Supervising deliverables, timelines and proposing risk mitigation plans
  • Ensuring the quality of the demand transmitted by the project team to the planning teams
  • Guaranteeing the creation of codes and maintaining the quality of basic data
  • Leading local PAM process
  • Taking responsibility for Supply Chain work packages in the project development phase
  • Lead portfolio Mgt process & coordinate this process with Head of Catman & Mkt
  • Establish business priority SKU list
  • Manage project portfolio

 

Continuous improvement: (10%)

 

  • Be proactive and propose improvements of actual Activity Management process
  • Develop tools & reports, and support both local & global team in optimizing launches performace for the BU
  • Engage internal & external stakeholders on continuous improvement project

 

Demand Planning: (20%)

 

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts at the product/customer level
  • Utilize software tools to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information
  • Adjust forecasts based on input from sales, marketing, and other stakeholders

 

 

PROFILE 

 

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Food industry, Innovation or Business school or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain or project management role
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning is a plus
  • Knowledge of Master data and experience is a big plus

 

  • Fluent in English & French (mandatory), Dutch is a big plus

 

  • Willingness to develop supply chain project management expertise
  • Strong competence in project management, organization, process orientation and respect for timelines
  • Willingness and capability to instill discipline to deliver projects on time
  • Proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Leadership with the ability to manage and influence decision making
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate tasks effectively
