Role Overview
The V.I.E. Global Junior Brand Manager position will be available starting April 2026, based in Chicago, and reporting to the Global Group Brand Manager – Innovation Boursin. This opportunity invites you to embark on an exciting journey that blends creativity, innovation, and gourmet delight within the global marketing team. As a key contributor, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the Boursin cheese brand in transversal projects across all geographies and with a strong focus on North America, collaborating closely with dedicated teams to elevate the brand’s presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
As Global Junior Brand Manager, you will be a vital member of the global marketing team, responsible for driving innovation, renovation, and communication projects for the Boursin cheese brand. Your marketing expertise and creative energy will be essential in advancing the brand, captivating consumers, and transforming culinary experiences throughout North America and beyond.
Main Activities
- Collaborate with US and Canada and other local marketing teams, Research and Development experts, Strategic Insights professionals, and co-manufacturers to realize visionary ideas.
- Contribute to the exploration of new flavor profiles, packaging concepts, and the development of engaging brand experiences.
- Support the Global Boursin marketing team in worldwide projects, in addition to North American initiatives.
Specifically, as Junior Brand Manager for the US and Canada, you will assist the Group Manager in the following areas:
Innovation Plan Development and Execution:
- Participate in all stages from (pre)exploration to market launch, including consumer and panel research.
- Work with packaging and product developers to bring new concepts to market.
- Serve as the central point of contact for innovation planning, including volume forecasting and analyzing country-specific needs and requests.
Marketing Communication:
- Support the creation and adaptation of global guidelines for brand, foodservice, and food licensing, and monitor local roll-out and execution.
- Coordinate with global agencies and local marketing teams to create guidelines for integrated marketing communication plans for innovation launches
- Develop creative advertising master assets for the launch of innovations.
- Monitor local activation plans for innovation to identify best practices and foster synergies.
- Update internal reports to measure the effectiveness of innovation launches through business results analysis.
- Collaborate with local teams on communication initiatives, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and support the global Boursin team in managing their budget.
- Assist in creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Post-graduate qualification in marketing or a related field, with 1 to 2 years of marketing experience.
- Strong passion for food and culinary innovation, with genuine interest in gourmet exploration and diverse flavors.
- Experience in managing innovation projects and a proven track record of successful brand initiatives.
- Ability to translate market, consumer, category, and retailer insights into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills; thriving in collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.
- Learning agility in assigned projects, with support from management.
- Autonomy and proactivity in navigating changing and ambiguous situations.
- Creative mindset, curiosity, and ambition to make a lasting impact on the gourmet cheese landscape.
- Fluency in English, with preference for proficiency in French.
