Sales & Marketing Intern

Profile and internship requirements:

  • Recent graduate (business, management, marketing or similar)
  • Ideally 0-2 years experience on FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry
  • Pragmatic & hands-on attitude, driven by business impact
  • English at a proficient level
  • MS Office 365 expertise
  • Availability for full-time 6 months contract based in Milan (office located in the centre of Milan)

 

Internship scope and responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Bel Italy Business Manager, the intern main responsibilities are:

  • In-store excellente & Visibility: Maximize In-Store Impact: Audit, track, and ensure perfect shelf execution; develop, evaluate and track posm materials and execution
  • Sales performance & competition: Analyze and report sell-in/sell-out, promotion, prices; highlight gaps and trends, provide insights to unlock growth or address risks. Monitor competition performance and activities
  • Customer engagement & client empowerment: Create impactful sales tools, presentations, and reports to boost commercial team performance and customer engagement.
  • Marketing and brand activations support: Support on packaging & activations. Optimize Campaign ROI: Track, measure, and optimize trade investments for greater impact and efficiency; challenge underperforming activities with actionable recommendations.
