Apprenticeship in Dole (39).

YOUR MISSIONS

• Contribute to updating the group's cleaning reference standards for cheese-making technologies.
• Conduct and/or monitor trials to improve standards.
• Participate in working group meetings on washing and clean design topics. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Final year of an Agro-food Engineering program
• Technical skills: Knowledge of basic hygiene rules
• Personal skills: Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, learning capacity, and curiosity: essential qualities for an apprentice
• Languages: Ability to write in English is desirable
