Within the Corporate Supply Chain team, you are responsible for leading Squeeze S&OP, aligning strategic decisions with executable plans and driving planning excellence.

 

MAIN MISSIONS

 

Main and ongoing responsibilities

•Lead the monthly S&OP process, constructively challenging demand, supply, capacity, inventory and organizational assumptions to drive aligned business decisions
•Ensure S&OP decisions are translated into executable plans through effective S&OE governance and execution monitoring
•Lead the Chef-du-Pont factory planning team (Production Planning, Activity Planning and MRP), ensuring planning performance, operational continuity and team development
•Support business planning and strategic decisions by providing planning expertise, scenario analysis and recommendations on capacity, sourcing, investment, organization and network evolution
•Develop and enhance Squeeze S&OP capabilities, processes, tools and governance to improve decision-making and cross-functional alignment
•Lead planning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with BPOs and stakeholders to simplify processes and deploy new capabilities

Team management / Cross-functional coordination (where applicable)

•Directly manage a team of two (Chef du Pont scope)
•Lead and engage the Squeeze S&OP community across functions

PROFILE EXPECTED & SKILLS

 

Required education and experience

•  Master’s degree

•  Approximately 10 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing or procurement

 

Required professional and technical skills

•  Leadership and cross-functional management

•  Agility, adaptability and strategic thinking

•  Strong analytical and inventory-management expertise

•  Advanced Excel modeling and complex-formula skills

•  Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

•Fluent in English and French
