Main Missions:

 

Within the Asia Operations Department, your mission is to strengthen the competitiveness of the Asia plants for which you are responsible, for the implementation of projects and initiatives related to the improvement of operational performance, including the cost leadership program and the learning team development program.

 

Your main assignments will include:

·       - Support the definition and deployment of the Asia's Operation Master Plan (PCS5) in line with the business and industrial strategy

·       - Coordinate and lead the geos main productivity projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Brands teams (RID, Quality, etc.)

·       - Be the change agent within the geo teams to encourage the deployment of BMM (Bel Manufacturing Model) norms and standards within our factories and thus achieve results in terms of productivity and performance improvement

·       - Strengthen non-capex productivity projects and operational efficiency through the implementation of performance standards and identify new productivity opportunities

·       - Drive and support the geo's digital roadmap by leveraging internal and external practices

·       - Develop and ensure the right level of skills in our organizations, through networking, coaching and training in collaboration with Human Resources,

·       - Lead and coordinate the deployment of learning teams within the Asia Geo.

·       - Facilitate the sharing of best practices on the geo and the performance monitoring process with Pytheos

   

 

Profile:

 

§       - High School +5 years at minimum of academic/University studies in a technical discipline (according to the career following to this position)

§       - Experience in a Leadership role in Operations (all functions: Production Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain…)

§       - Strong Experience to Industrial Performance tools and methodologies with deep knowledge and expertise

§       - Strong project management skills, with good oral and written communication skills as well as financial skills in cost management.

§       - Coaching and Mentoring skills to ensure people development through trainings.

§       - Developed challenging mindset: Result oriented, driven and passionate

§       - Ability to lead and motivate people to meet and exceed improvement targets

§       - Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
