Location :
The position is located in the Vietnam Factory : ST3

 

Main missions : 

Operatively attached to the Group's Technological Expertise Department, the Zone Process Product Expert is the Process & Product Referent on the main technologies for the Group in the Zone. For Asia, the main technologies will be on the milk, the fresh cheese / fresh process cheese and hard cheese, so the first transformation Team. 
With the support of the Corporate Expertise Teams, he / she will be guardian of the Process/Product on the main technologies (1st Transformation)  & Cleaning (Poseidon), but also could be the first relay for the other technologies & subcontracting partners. 

 

On this perimeter, he/she is : 
•    The Guardian of Technological Good Manufacturing Practices (TGMP) and the Cleaning ones (CGMP) on the MBY technologies, and potentially for the other technologies/plants & Subcontracting of the Zone. 
•    Managing the local animation of the Technologist community 
•    Force of proposal of change and technological improvement on the different technologies and/or raw materials.  
•    Support for the Plants & Subcontracting of the Zone, the Development teams (RID) and Corporate/Local departments (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Environment,…).
•    The manager of the Change Modifications (Process Modification Workflow)

 

1)    He /she is the guardian of the Technological Good Practices (TGMP) and CGMP. 

In this context, he/she offers its expertise through :
-     Providing TGMP’s coachings by verifying the right practices in the different plants versus the TGMP and if necessary, define an action plan while remaining support for its implementation. 
-     Being for of proposal on the improvement off the existing TGMP or writing new necessary ones if needed
-     Capitalizing the know-how and escalate the needs to the Expertise Team 
-     Providing the Technological Trainings (target for the Level 3) with the help of the existing documents and the support of the other Experts. 
-     Collaborating with local partners (schools, cleaning suppliers,… ) to have the suitable training environment 

 

2)    Technological Support & Networking

She/He will bring a strong support by : 
-     Animating and coaching the Plant Technologists in the Zone
-     Participating to the risk analysis for the different technological projects, but also for Inno/Reno ones and for the change management tools.
-     Supporting the production’s teams for any technological question, including quality issues. 
-     Participating to the start of specific projects or industrial lines in start-up mode (contributor to Engineering and Factories project).  
-     Nourishing the suppliers partnership strategy
-     Participating in the drafting of production equipment standards and contribute to the master plans of the factories, still with the help of the other Technological Experts


3)    Take part of development and technological innovation of the Group .

-     by contributing to the improvement of the food safety and the quality of our products 
-     by being force of proposal for developing new weapons and technological opportunities, to enrich the technological POCs  portfolio of Industrial Excellence & RID.
-     by bringing new ideas for more eco-friendly processes and by and reducing our global environmental impact. 
-    By leading Industrial Excellence POCs 


Profile :

Graduated from an Engineering School, especially on Food/Dairy Industry, you have an experience of 5/10 years in production or development, with hard cheese/dairy skills .

 

Specific skills required include:
Technical and technological legitimacy.
Scientific curiosity / Ability to challenge the current situation
Leadership / Interpersonal skills / Transversal Management
Pedagogue / Autonomy
Industrial orientation and results focused (win win mindset)
Ability to work in multicultural environments

Be fluent in English (writing and speakin), Vietnamese, Chinese or French knowledges as a plus  


Geographical mobility:

Frequent trips expected for short or long periods depending on the missions : production plants of the geography, subcontractors, suppliers. 

Travel are estimated at 30%
