JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES
Foodservice business is an emerging growth engine of Bel Vietnam. As Assistant Brand Manager – Foodservice, you will play an instrumental role in driving channel expansion & customer engagement across segments through managing Foodservice Portfolio in all categories of bakery, beverage and street food.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- Strategy & Marketing Planning:
- Support Marketing Director & collaborate with Foodservice Sales in market trends & sales data analysis to generate insights for annual strategic plan in line with Bel Vietnam’s ambition.
- Develop and implement full-year Foodservice Marketing Plan based on market analysis, F&B customers’ insights and channel competition dynamics to deliver business targets.
- Foodservice Projects/ Co-branding campaigns management:
- Take lead in deployment of all Foodservice Activities/ Customer Engagement Activities (Chefs Collaboration, F&B Events, Partnership Activities, Seasonal Campaigns…) for smooth execution.
- Closely coordinate with key stakeholders - Trade & Sales Foodservice, Finance, Factory as well as external agencies, chefs/ key customers to ensure marketing projects are executed on time and in full required quality.
- Manage & develop communication plan & social content as well as all POSM required for total Bel Foodservice.
- Ensure all activities/ communication assets in line with brand guidelines, not only enhancing the brands’ equity & visibility but also tailoring the initiatives to fit with customers’ needs and channel dynamics.
- Innovation/ Renovation & Growth Initiatives:
- Drive product innovation/ renovation for Foodservice in line with market potential and business objectives as well as take lead in foodservice innovation project network to ensure the launches on-time in-full.
- Take lead in co-branding projects & FS NPD projects to align with Global/ local team.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor the Foodservice Portfolio’s performance, track activities/ campaigns’ outcomes (including campaigns’ KPIs, customer engagement and sales impact) and propose action plans/ initiatives to facilitate growth for Foodservice channel.
- Closely manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and ROI across initiatives.
- Proactively report and align with Line Manager on the status of assigned projects & new initiatives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Requirements
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience at same level in brand marketing or trade marketing with experience in foodservice channel/ B2B environment.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
- Ability for transversal management and to make proposals.
- Skills
- Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager/ Trade Marketing Assistant with knowledge & experience in Foodservice/ B2B environment.
- Strong ownership and good project management, demonstrating ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Good strategic & logical thinking with excellent execution.
- Solid commercial acumen with understanding of business drivers and ability to conduct data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Power Point/Excel.
- Fluent in English and ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
