LOCATION & REPORT

  • Job Title:          Finance intern
  • Site:                 Bel Vietnam - Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City 
  • Scope:              Vietnam
  • Reporting to:     VN Finance Controller

 

 

JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES

 

Key contact point with various department (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) to support actual reporting and budget/forecast controlling activities for Viet Nam and Cambodia and Laos market.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

 

A. Financial Operations Support

  • Review and validate PR/PO requests, ensuring correct GL codes, Internal Orders (IO), budget availability, and compliance with the approval matrix and company procedures.
  • Monitor and update actual spending reports
  • Support month-end closing activities, including accrual preparation, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Assist with master data and finance system maintenance, including standard cost updates in SAP and cost center creation.

B. Planning & Forecasting Process

  • Maintain and update forecasting templates and supporting schedules.
  • Consolidate forecast submissions from cross-functional departments and ensure data accuracy
  • Support the preparation of Group reporting packages.

 

C. Ad-hoc Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support finance process improvement and automation initiatives, particularly related to PR/PO workflows.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support as required by the Finance team.

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University – specialized in Finance & Accounting.
  • English: good in speaking & writing.
