Mains Missions & Responsibilities
We are looking at reinforcing our Research, Innovation & Development structure to accompany our growth in Asia. Then we are recruiting a RID Senior Developer Product & Packaging Vietnam.
Under the responsibility of the RID Asia Special projects Director, the RID Senior Developer Product & Packaging Vietnam will oversee the deployment, from the ideation phase to the launch, of Innovation, Renovation, Cost Saving projects products & packaging for the ST3 factory, in close cooperation with RID Brands platforms leaders and Asia countries. He will be in charge as well of supporting the industrial implementation of our products within the different industrial projects running locally, ensuring that we deliver the right quality to consumers.
Regular activities:
- Implement RID strategy defined by the RID Asia Special projects Director and industrial Platform (product & packaging).
- Manage projects from ideation to launch.
- Manage the excellence in execution of her/his projects in connection with ST3 factory.
- Ensure proper project management with multiple interactions (Brands, Market Sales & Marketing, Finance, Industrial, Quality).
- Respect of COGS commitment.
- Manage risks to deliver the commitments.
- Be the Business partner for the Marketing Vietnam, China and other Asia countries and working closely with the TLC and Kiri platforms teams to respect the brands guidelines.
- Support and contribute to the implementation of the industrial projects
- Develop a new suppliers ecosystem to improve our innovation/renovation/cost saving reactivity.
- Team management of 1 to 2 people
- Ensure delivering projects on time, in full, while improving time to market
- Ensure best in class project management (including, Risk analysis, Planning, P&L, Budget- OPEX & CAPEX- and IP protection).
- Ensure to respect project management process and usage of tools.
- Connect with end users to design relevant offers and contribute to perfect mix delivery
Management (1 direct report) / Coordination:
- Security, safety and quality management of his/her team.
- Develop his/her collaborators to build high performing team = project management, technical & leadership competencies.
- Main stakeholders: Plant technologists, Factory Director, Regional Industrial Platform manager, Engineering, Marketing Brands & Countries, Purchasing, Quality, RID Platforms leaders.
PROFILE
Required background and/or level of professional experience:
- Food engineer graduation, with 15 years’ experience in R&D and/or with industrial background.
- Mastering dairy technologies is a must. Experience in cheese technology will be highly valued.
- FMCG/food experience.
Required business skills and technical knowhow to perform in the job:
- Technical knowhow from development to production (product, process and pack).
- Business understanding (P&L, end to end innovation/renovation/cost saving process).
- User oriented (user tests, sensory tools, design thinking, …).
- Able to connect with complex internal & external ecosystem + third parties management.
- Able to lead transformation, decrease Time To Market, foster Inno Breakthrough & cross-functional collaboration in line with the Group Strategy.
Required specific skills:
- Strong leadership & assertivity in front of top management.
- Strong appetite for new challenges, new categories.
- Ability to prioritize and manage team focus on the right topics in agile way.
- Project management skills.
- Able to take quick decision.
- Business oriented, proactive, and trouble shooter.
