Main responsibilities:
1. Define and implement IT strategy in China, in line with the company's global objectives.
2.  Ensure the availability, performance and security of information systems in China.
3.  Implement cybersecurity guidelines defined by the corporate cybersecurity team.
4.  Ensure regulatory compliance and data security in the Chinese context.
5.  Work with infrastructure teams to support implementation projects and information systems maintenance. 
6.  Deploy application projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
7.  Evaluate and select technological solutions to meet China's specific needs.
8.  Manage partnerships and contracts with local IT service providers.
9.  Set up a technology watch to anticipate market developments and propose innovative solutions.
10. Manage local IT collaborators of its region

Profile required
1. Solid experience at least 10 years in a similar position, in a multinational company.
2. Excellent knowledge of the Chinese IT market and its technological ecosystem.
3.  Mastery of IT security and data protection issues in China.
4.  Strong IT project management skills, with a proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
5.  Skills in negotiating and managing partnerships with suppliers.
6.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.  Strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) essential.
