Join Our Team as a Sales Planning & Trade Execution Manager in Saudi Arabia!

About the Role: As the Sales Planning & Trade Execution Manager, you will lead sales planning across KSA. Your key priorities will include a deep understanding of channel growth drivers and fundamentals, performing in-depth 4P analysis, and delivering sharp planning, strategy, and executional plans for your designated area of responsibility.
Location: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
What You’ll Do:
- 4P Excellence and Execution: Ensure excellence in activations, themes, and POSM of all BEL strategic activations for modern and traditional trade channels across KSA.
- Analysis and Planning: Own the analysis spectrum (in-market and financial performance), propose actions, and set plans (pricing, promotions) to deliver the sales strategy for both channels.
- RGM Action Leadership: Identify, track, and follow up on RGM actions with the distributor.
- Collaboration: Work closely with distributor’s sales functions and BEL sales managers for designated regions.
- Innovative Sales Practices: Identify new sales practices and techniques to provide BEL with an edgy setup in the channel.
- Distributor Relationships: Empower relationships with distributors' on-ground forces (key account managers, sales supervisors, field managers, merchandisers, vans) to address ad hoc store challenges.
- Commercial Plans: Propose and develop different commercial plans per channel/region based on differentiated needs.
- RTM Plans: Get involved in and deliver alternative RTM plans per market, including evaluation and re-arrangement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple functions internally, including finance (spending optimization, margins enhancement) and marketing (translating ATL plans into channel BTL executions).
- Reporting: Report back to HQ with periodical performance and compliance reports, challenges, and updates on actions and plans.
- Travel: Regular travel is essential to other regions in KSA to work with local sales teams.
- Implementation: Implement all BEL activations in-store (on time, proper setup, stock tracking, promo pricing, etc.).
- Store Challenges: Empower relationships with distributors' on-ground forces to address ad hoc store challenges and improve in-store weaknesses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6 years of experience in the FMCG sector behind Sales or Sales Planning role, preferebly within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent command of English and Fluency in Arabic.
- Saudi National able to Join ASAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management & critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
