Key Accounts Manager, Out of Home

Purpose of the role:

Define, implement and manage key accounts. Foster strong relationships with strategic customers to achieve sales targets, Out of Home channel growth and maximizing profitability.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Create and implement customers’ strategic plans considering all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, profitability, trade terms,..etc.
  2. Conduct a regular business review with Key Accounts with constructive feedback for business growth.
  3. Manage distributors, sales operations team & customers to develop end-to-end business solutions for overall business and sales development addressing areas for improvement.
  4. Anticipates and addresses competitor activities in the marketplace to set counter action plans.
  5. Manage with excellence budgets for Key Account activity, control the budget execution according to plan, including monthly accruals along with following up on customers’ payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
  6. Manage, coach, and develop reports in line with the channel needs to ensure team sustainable high performance. 
  7. Lead on Out of Home tracking tools execution, data sharing analysis and recommend action plan to elevate performance to support business decisions.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 2 years of experience in the Out of Home channel.
  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
