Based in Lisbon Office, the main responsibilities of this role are:
- Responsible for gathering all information regarding absences and overtime in order to proceed with payroll processing;
- Ensure assistance for employees regarding administrative procedures;
- Responsible for collecting vacation plans and schedules and preparing the vacation schedule map;
- Proactively manage employment contracts taking into consideration legal deadlines;
- Manage and implement annual training plans;
- Monitor and prepare statistics and KPI's regarding internal changes/decisions;
- Support the internal communication area: write and send internal communications and newsletters;
- Provide support in organizing events: internal meetings, visits, internal celebrations, global events with all employees;
- Support recruitment and selection processes;
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes;
- Collaborate in the implementation of HR simplification and digitalization projects;
- Collaborate in building good relationships within the team and with other departments;
Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Law, or Social and Organizational Psychology;
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Human Resources roles;
- Previous experience in a multinational environment, preferably with a focus on the consumer goods/food industry;
- Familiarity with HR management and payroll software (SAP, Primavera, or others);
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
