Operatively attached to the Technological Expertise Department, you are the Process & Product Technological Guardian for the Group. 

As Responsible of the 1st or 2nd Transformation, your are the Interface and the main stakeholder of the Technological Expertise within the different Platforms and Zones Organizations from the Operations, and also the key contact for the RID. 

On this perimeter, you are: 

• The Accountable of Technological Good Manufacturing Practices (TGMP) and Cleaning ones (CGMP) on the different technologies and their evolution, even for Development projects. 

• Managing the animation of the Technologist community 

• Keeping our technological advance serving the industrial performance, identify and test the technical innovation of the market 

• Force of proposal of change and technological improvement on the different technologies and/or raw materials and leading the Industrial Excellence POCs. 

For the Responsible : Accountable of the Industrial Excellence POCs Portfolio.   

• Support for the Operations Organizations & Sub Contracting for the : 

• Plants : empowerment on technological skills (training,…) 

• Engineering : co-owner of the technical standards (…) 

• Quality & Regulatory : take part of the quality issues and link the TGMP with the quality standards 

• Support of the Development teams (RID) : Contributor of the main projects (Risk Analysis, technological advisor, GO-NOGO ? ,…) 

• The Accountable of the Change Modifications (Process Modification Workflow) 

Main Missions: 

In this context, you offer your expertise through : 

•  Providing TGMP’s coachings by verifying the right practices in the different plants versus the TGMP & CGMP recommendation and if necessary, define an action plan while remaining support for its implementation. 

•  Accountable of the Change modifications linked with the TGMP/CGMP freedom to operate 

•  Being for of proposal on the improvement of the existing TGMP or writing new necessary ones if needed 

•  escalate the needs to the Platforms/Zone organizations. 

•  Providing the Technological Trainings (target for the Level 3). 

•  Collaborating with external partners (schools, suppliers,… ) to have the suitable training environment 

1. Technological Support & Networking 

You will bring a strong support by : 

•  Supporting the production’s teams for any technological topic. 

•  As Responsible : Animating the global technological network, by promoting cross-plants exchanges with the Plant Technologists  and by organizing Technological seminars.  

•  Contributing to the main projects, and especially take part of the risk analysis during all the project’s life. 

•  Following the different technological KPIs of the factories and also the Quality ones 

•  Participating to the start of specific projects or industrial lines in start-up mode (contributor to Engineering and Factories project).  

•  Nourishing the supplier’s partnership strategy 

•  Participating in the drafting of production equipment standards and contribute to the master plans of the factories. 

2. Take part of development and technological innovation of the Group 

•  by contributing to the improvement of the food safety and the quality of our products 

•  by leading the POCs of the Technological Expertise 

•  by being force of proposal for developing new weapons and technological opportunities, for the POCs of the Technological Expertise 

•  by bringing new ideas for more eco-friendly processes and by and reducing our global environmental impact 

•  For the Responsible : Accountable of the POCs of the Industrial Excellence, linked with the Industrial & Development strategies. 

Profile : 

• Responsible : Food Engineer profile with an experience of at least 10 years in Production, Development or Technolgical Expertise. 

• Food Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Production or Development 

Skills : 

Technical and technological legitimacy. 

Experience in production/packing or developing products 

Scientific curiosity / Ability to challenge the current situation 

Leadership / Interpersonal skills 

Pedagogue 

Autonomy 

Transversal management 

Industrial orientation and results focused 

Ability to work in multicultural environments 

Be fluent in English, French knowledges as a plus  

Geographical mobility: frequent trips expected for short or long periods depending on the missions : Zone production plants, subcontractors, suppliers.
