YOUR MISSIONS
- Collaborate with the Site Director to oversee labor relations on site by facilitating various employee representative bodies and conducting social listening on the ground.
- Ensure the proper implementation of HR processes on site, including: recruitment, compensation, personnel administration, training, temporary work, career path management, disciplinary process, occupational health, and internal communication.
- Provide support to managers in managing their teams and organizing their services.
- Ensure the correct application and adherence to social legislation and implement appropriate actions.
- Support the development of your team, which consists of 5 employees, and define the objectives and priorities of the department.
- Contribute to organizational transformation projects and actions of the strategic HR plan in coordination with the HRD France, the HRD Operations, and other group sites.
