#IWorkForAllForGood

This opportunity is a 6-month fixed-term contract, to be filled from January 2026 at our Dardilly site.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, France BU, your role is key in the development of the Supply Chain function within our group. You and your team work with a focus on operational excellence to support both day-to-day operations and major transformation projects for our logistics in 2026.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, motivate, and unite your team (1 junior manager + 1 logistics coordinator)
You are responsible for developing your team’s skills through the definition of SMART objectives and by ensuring a balanced distribution of roles and workload.
  • Manage logistics service providers and ensure their performance is maintained
As the guarantor of transport/logistics & co-packing service levels, you monitor the daily performance of logistics partners, regularly leading steering committees with the providers.
You conduct site visits to logistics facilities to ensure compliance with the SQCDME standards. In the event of performance decline, you issue alerts and implement corrective actions to return to normal, which are reviewed during monthly steering committees with the providers.
  • Monitor operational performance and achieve the logistics budget
As a key contact for multiple internal functions, your operational expertise enables you to be recognized as a true “performance support” resource on a daily basis.
In collaboration with the customer service department, you identify productivity opportunities related to supply policies for each retailer/warehouse. Similar considerations can be conducted with the S&OP team, particularly regarding stock management policies.
  • Lead transformation projects
Implement the new governance established with the logistics provider as part of the new contract starting January 1st, 2026.
Oversee the execution phase of the co-packing relocation project (Go Live scheduled for March). Ensure the successful completion of the final project steps and manage the Go Live phase aiming for zero business impact.

PROFILE

With a Master’s degree (bac +4/5) in supply chain management, you have at least 5 years’ operational and managerial experience in logistics or customer service. Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus.

You are recognized for your knowledge of integrated supply chain processes (Order to Cash), and your ability to navigate both short- and long-term challenges with a cross-functional vision is key to your success in this role.

Leadership, interpersonal skills, planning ability, and the capacity to prioritize and anticipate are essential assets for this position. You will also benefit from significant autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
