LOCATION AND START DATE
6-month fixed-term contract to be filled from early 2026
Location: Dardilly (headquarters of Materne by Bel)
CONTEXT
The headquarters is located in Dardilly in the western Lyon area and has nearly 120 employees across 6 departments: Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT.
In addition to these support functions, its activity centers on the production of our fruit and dairy ranges, manufactured by our two production plants located in Picardy and Cotentin.
To support the growth of our business, we are recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR FRANCE (M/F) on a fixed-term contract at our headquarters in Dardilly.
Reporting to the Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will join a team of 7 Customer Service Advisors France and one apprentice. As the main contact for a portfolio of retail clients (Hypermarkets and Supermarkets), you will be responsible for order intake, commercial and administrative follow-up, and sales support.
YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS
EDI Order Management:
- Be responsible for managing transmitted orders, from entry to full completion, aiming for customer satisfaction and compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale.
- Ensure handling of available products for sale and support your internal and external clients, including updating order books in the relevant systems.
- Interface with the external logistics provider, participating in the tracking of warehouse receipts and client deliveries.
- Be the relay for commercial policy within your scope, from the implementation of promotional operations to the management of alerts (innovations, tariff overruns/increases, etc.).
GPA Order Management (Collaborative Supply Management):
- Daily management of warehouse stock levels
- Processing of anomalies
- Analysis and qualification of shortages in the tool (GCR)
- Sending order proposals to clients according to the established process
- Coordination of promotional operations in collaboration with the product availability, supply planning, and sales forecasting teams
Dispute and Penalty Management:
- Monitoring, analysis, contesting of client penalties and participation in negotiations with clients
- Daily handling of logistical, commercial, and pricing disputes in relation with accounting, clients, and the sales teams
Continuous Improvement:
- Be proactive in identifying and suggesting process and tool optimization ideas to continuously improve service quality to clients
- Show initiative in handling client requests, anticipating needs, identifying potential difficulties, and proposing appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
This position is a fixed-term contract based in Dardilly, less than 45 minutes from Lyon, with access to the TCL network through bus lines 89 or 89D.
YOUR ASSETS: Could this be you?
You have a degree with a focus on commercial/supply chain (2- or 3-year degree) and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain/commercial department, ideally connected to retail (Hypermarkets/Supermarkets).
Integrated supply chain processes (Order to Cash) hold no secrets for you. Your proficiency in Excel and information systems such as SAP will allow you to quickly master the job requirements.
You are known for your team spirit and your excellent internal and external communication skills.
Your autonomy and agility, as well as your ability to handle stress in challenging situations, will help you excel in this role.
