CONTEXT

As part of an internal mobility move, we are looking for our new Social Media, Influence, and Press Relations Manager within Bel France.

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS

SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCE: You will lead the Social Media & Influence strategy to support the business of our brands (Mini Babybel, Kiri, La Vache Qui Rit, Boursin, Apéricube), maximizing engagement with our consumers.

Social MediaDefine and guide the brand’s social media strategy to maximize business impact during key periods and strengthen brand visibility in an always-on approach, selecting the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)Manage the overall editorial strategy and adapt it for social networks in France (content pillars, tone of voice, etc.)Coordinate and animate the integrated studio (Community Manager & Creative Designer) with Social Media & Influence to accelerate trends and hot content creation, generating conversations with communities and developing UGC.Develop impactful, engaging, social-driven activations aligned with brand challenges and new consumer habits.

InfluenceDefine and lead the Influence strategy for the brands, alongside the Social Media & Influence Manager, serving business objectives.Develop and manage Influence activations.Set up and manage annual contracts directly with content creators.Define and monitor performance KPIs with brands for management reporting.

WebsiteCross-functional management of the Ribambel Brands website, newsletters, and current database management.

CONSUMER & SOCIAL CARE: You will drive consumer relations and feedback management, aiming to transform our approach to consumer & social care.

Social Listening: Analyze and leverage insights from all platforms to anticipate expectations, spot weak signals in the market, and detect new trends.

Consumer Feedback: Centralize, structure, and analyze feedback to inform the brand’s strategic thinking: identify loyalty opportunities, concrete recommendations, proactive alerts in case of potential crisis, and propose action plans.

Response Management & Anticipation: Coordinate management of responses through the outsourced consumer service, while developing communication guidelines, response scenarios, and brand postures adapted to different types of requests. In the event of a sensitive or critical situation, escalate immediately to the Engagement team while proposing concrete solutions and tailored strategies.

PRESS RELATIONS – BRANDS:
You will deploy brand press relations in connection with Bel France’s strategy:Define and lead the brand press relations strategy as part of the annual marketing plan and with a three-year perspective: brand priorities, message pillars and angles, and relevant target ecosystems.Identify the right communities, internal/external organization, and partners to activate (influence agency, PR, media, etc.)Lead the deployment of major initiatives and influence activations in conjunction with brand teams: key messaging, tone of voice, creative assets, ambassador community selection, etc.Define and monitor performance KPIs for management reporting.Provide recommendations regarding brand budget management.

MANAGEMENT:
You will advise, support, and ensure the upskilling of local marketing teams in Social, Influence, and PR brand strategies:Direct management: 1 Social Media Manager, the studio (1 Community Manager / 1 Creative Designer), and 1 apprentice.Collaborate with the Engagement team to ensure consistency with Bel France’s communication strategy.Lead Social & Influence trainings at Bel France to build marketing team skills.Act as the main contact for the Group IMC (Global Operating Model Manager) team to coordinate France actions with Group actions.Occasional contributions on transversal topics: coordination with Group Com (Corp, Quality, IMC Global), IMC Materne By Bel team, exchanges and routines.This position is based in Suresnes, west of Paris, accessible by tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.

YOUR ASSETS: Is this you?

You have 8 to 10 years’ experience in social, influence, and PR strategy expertise. You are brand-minded and ideally have worked within FMCG, retail, or have a good understanding of business and marketing challenges. You are an expert in social media management and social listening tools (Talwalker, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.) & Influence: Kolsquare.Project management will be part of your daily work; you demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, and an ability to prioritize. You can work in agile mode and have experience in direct management, able to unite and motivate teams.
