Your role will be to lead the lean projects within the Michalovce plant  :
- initiate the approach 
- take an active part in the diagnosis 
- draw and follow the planning (improvement teams, audits, communication)
- lead one improvement team at least, Digital Acceleration pillar leader or key member
- follow and favor the progress of the other teams 
- alert in case of deviation (planning, results…)
- learn an appropriate methods and tools at first and subsequently train new project members to these tools and methods
- report weekly on the project
- promote the approach at the site, the country and the zone levels at every hierarchical level
- ensure the appropriation of the approach at every hierarchical level 
- lead digital transformation initiatives / projects (paperless process), contribute to best practices of the Group, cooperate on Group level, respect Group standards

Ensure of the perpetuation of the approach:
- organize and participate to audits to ensure the right appropriation of the approach by everyone and the absence of deviation   
- support new improvement teams
- be a continuous improvement expert at the site and the Group levels 
- contribute to the definition of standards, norms and best practices for manufacturing management and performance measurement, promote and set them up. 
- accumulate the knowledge and the acquired experience

Participate to the Bel Manufacturing Model construction:
- participate to the local continuous improvement coordinators meetings and share with counterparts and Methods and Tools for Manufacturing Performance team. 
- identify and promote best practices on the site to integrate them to the Group best practices
