What will your job responsibilities include?
Ensuring the smooth and safe operation of production and technological equipment across all production lines. Promptly addressing and resolving equipment downtime, including conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Coordinating technical activities in collaboration with APU (Autonomous Production Unit) managers. Leading the maintenance team, including planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance using the SAP-PM system, as well as overseeing and ensuring the quality of repairs. Monitoring and analyzing equipment failures while proposing measures for their improvement and increased reliability.Planning required spare parts, tools, materials, and managing fixed costs related to external services.Enforcing compliance with safety regulations (Occupational Health and Safety), LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards, environmental protection rules, and ISO & HACCP requirements.Maintaining and updating technical documentation and budget-related information.Providing training to team members on work instructions, safety protocols, and technological standards.
What do we expect from the ideal candidate?
Proven experience in maintenance of machinery and technological equipment, combined with team management experience.Proficiency in SAP-PM systems and familiarity with ISO standards and occupational health and safety regulations.Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively and flexibly.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
