We are now looking for an energetic and independent PROCESS ENGINEER to join our production team and help us take our technological processes and product quality to the next level. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work for a global brand, join us. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for correctly setting manufacturing and technological processes to optimize the production cycle and for identifying and implementing technological improvements to increase production quality and efficiency in process cheese production.  

Creating and updating technical documentation of production processes.

Monitoring production equipment, identifying faults and proposing solutions.

Ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, BRC, and other quality and safety standardsOrganizing trainings for employees and improving working conditions

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:University education, ideally focused on food technology, chemistry, or technical fieldsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing sector (FMCG is an advantage), Experience in an international environment and in managing production processes, Knowledge of ISO quality systems and food industry standards.

Required Skills: Fluent in English and Slovak, Advanced knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the SAP system and WCOM methodologies (teamwork, 5S, continuous improvement) is an advantage.

Strong soft skills: communication, performance management, team motivation, conflict resolution.
