Purpose of the Role:

Handles Al-Sharqia & Al-Dakahila governorates by managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate-set goals

 

Main Accountabilities: 

  • Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans to deliver them.
  • Works frequently with Section Manager & Sales Represintatives to understand customer system/needs and develops effective approaches that exploit these systems for better business results.
  • Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers, anticipating and resolving emerging problems.
  • Provides timely and accurate communication between field, distribution, and accounting.
  • Works with his counterparts (at the distributor) to develop more efficient systems (invoicing, data systems, HR issues ... etc.)
  • Manages all budgets and allocations.
  • Commits with 70% field work to master all the job activities and priorities.
  • Responsible for creating unit structure that leads to best productivity results.
  • Ensures the right coverage for every trade channel.
  • Analyze the unit results, action plans, and update management with progress through a monthly letter.

 

 

Qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years Sales experience in Delta region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant degree.
