Purpose of the Role:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow our brands and expand our market segments.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develops and implements the annual plan, key strategies, and programs to drive category growth and our market shares within the category.
- Creates proactive business plans and identify business opportunities, as response to market dynamics, collaborating closely cross-functionally with all the commercial functions.
- Leads the development or local adaptation of communications and activations with agencies, key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
- Manages projects related to new launches, packaging changes, other new product initiatives ensuring key stakeholders’ alignment.
- Lead the measure of performance and ROI of key activities, identify key learnings and implications for future projects.
- Set-up and manages the A&P budget and P&Ls for assigned brands.
- Influence the promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade marketing and sales teams.
- Leads, directs, evaluates and nurtures her / his team to achieve established objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Master’s degree or any other further qualification in Marketing is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, including a relevant Multinational FMCGs.
- Experience in trade marketing is a plus.
