Purpose of the job:
The Markets Quality Manager ensures the achievement of high-quality standards across the supply chain and distribution by assessing and improving distributor capabilities, implementing quality management processes, and driving Non-Quality Cost (NQC) reductions. He/She Leads quality management reviews, enhance quality awareness, and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Collaboratively support business unit to achieve high quality standard along SC/ distribution
- Assess and improve distributors’ capabilities through the implementation of good quality practices in supply chain and distribution
- Guarantee the implementation of quality management processes: across the whole supply Chain (CES (Consumer Experience Simulation) / freshness monitoring, audits, Traceability, Incident management, complaint management, sub-contracting audits, etc.)
- Collaboratively support business unit to achieve high quality standard along SC/ distribution
- Support tracking of NQC (non-quality cost) and propose action plan for reduction
- Lead the Management Reviews of Quality within the scope identified with Key stakeholders across the NEAR/LEVANT regions
- Raising the quality awareness through trainings and communication
- Support OOH and Co-man/Co-branding projects
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG with experience in quality management.
- Bachelor of Science, Agriculture, Veterinary or Pharmacy.
- Supply Chain and Logistics exposure.
- Excellent command in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
