Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring the support and smooth operation of the organization's business applications across all users. This includes providing essential technical support, working on various projects to enhance sales operations, leveraging technology for business improvements, and collaborating with both internal and external partners.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage ERP system (Handheld) and merchandising system (EYE2) throughout ensure that daily operation is working well across all functions and roles and executing the solutions for any issue in collaboration with support team.
  • Set up customers, items, promotions, price lists, system users, customer journey plans, and GL accounts for trade spending.
  • Ensure the correct execution of operations and activation of KPIs for sales and merchandising.
  • Oversee the roles assigned to each system user, ensure the correct entry of GL accounts/types, and record accurate customer coordinates.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the effectiveness of promotions and trade activities.
  • Transform the operation cycle by activating new modules and features.
  • Set and control the returns budget on the system, breaking it down to all sales team.
  • Lead the digital lending process (Microfinance).
  • Track the point-of-sales-materials (POSM) and their movement transaction into the trade.

 

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (preferably in FMCG).
  • Proficiency in operating systems and handheld features.
  • Experience in data integration, storage, and structuring.
  • Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
