Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

Job Purpose:

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis efforts to enhance business success through robust forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Main Accountabilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets.
Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets; provide explanations and recommendations.
Develop financial models to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
Prepare management reporting packages and present key findings to senior leadership.
Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of tools and dashboards for enhanced reporting.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Support ad hoc analysis and projects as requested by leadership.
Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis by product, region, or customer segment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track business trends.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle).
Solid understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing efficiencies.
