OVERALL MISSION

Reporting to the Global Sales Director – Global OOH Team, the Global Accounts Manager for the OOH Channel is responsible for the Management of OOH Global Accounts headquartered in the USA.

This role leads the agenda with the defined Global Accounts (Sodexo USA being part of the mandatory list of accounts) with the objective to position Bel Group as a valuable, trusted, go-to Partner. To deliver this objective, the Global Accounts Manager will closely work with the local OOH team. This field based role will be preferably located in the eastern US. 

The #1 KPI of this position is the OOH Net Sales Growth and the #2 KPI is the Quality of the Relationships with the defined Global Accounts and the respective local OOH Teams;

A high degree of autonomy and accountability for the development of broad, long-lasting and strategic Partnerships is key to be successful in this role.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define the list of targeted Strategic Accounts to deliver Bel Group’s OOH Strategic Initiatives and evaluate their potential for Bel;
  • Define the Strategic Plan for each of the Strategic Accounts, incl. 3-Year Ambition, Acquisition Strategy/ Plan of Attack, Key Initiatives and Enablers;
  • Identify the key Decision-Makers for each of the targeted Strategic Accounts, leveraging Industry Players, Investor Presentations, Linkedin Social Network,…;
  • Reach out for targeted Decision-Makers and negotiate preferential Deals, positioning Bel as a Go-To Partner;
  • Engage Bel local OOH Teams and Customer Teams to deliver the Strategic Plan;
  • Assist and support the Bel local OOH Teams to get the most out of the Global Agreements. If need be, participate to local Discussions/ Negotiations;
  • Participate to the Global Accounts’ Events, Supplier Meetings, Shows and make Bel shine!
  • Drive sustainable Growth, year after year.

Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Degree and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/ or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred;
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years successful Foodservice Sales experience;
  • US Food service National Account experience and particularly Sodexo preferred;
  • Effective Negotiation skills required;
  • Leadership, coordination and management of National Accounts required; International Experience preferred;
  • Experience in a matrix environment, at global level preferred;
  • Successful track record.

 Communication Skills:

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuasively influence Decisions;
  • Able to provide strategic recommendations to Bel Senior Leadership Teams…global and local;
  • Adept at building internal and external cross-functional Relationships.

Systems:

  • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word required;
  • Experience with Foodservice Trend Reports, NPD Group Analytics and Mintel Market Research.

Working Conditions: 

Work is performed both on the road as well as in a home office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week.  There will be some variation in work hours due to, sales calls, broker planning meetings, special projects, deadlines and other concerns.  Travel will be required potentially up to 75%.

What We Offer

Total Rewards  

  • Base Salary: $180,000 - $210,000  (based on level of experience and geographic location)
