Job Description Summary
GoGo squeeZ is searching for a Sales Coordinator to support our mission of promoting better-for-you snacking in collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and thrives in managing and organizing complex initiatives. In this critical role, you’ll act as the central resource for communicating, coordinating, and distributing sales toolkits, presentations, and key materials to the field and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage Sales and Industry Communications: Oversee internal site management, weekly communications, newsletters, and SharePoint sites.

Organize Sales and Industry Meetings: Coordinate National Sales Meetings (NSM), industry meetings, and monthly sales meetings.

Brand and Customer Assets/Materials Maintenance: Manage images, plant documents, certificates, sample shipments and orders, mockups, and merchandising grids.

Maintain Calendars: Update Retail and Master Promo calendars to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Manage Price Lists: Keep all pricing documentation accurate and up to date.

Support Sales/Customer Administration: Handle coupon and sales requests, sample forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), discontinuation letters, product creation and publication, customer onboarding forms, selling stories, spec sheets, data validation, and surveys.

Coordinate Events: Organize sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field

Proven experience in event planning and corporate communications

Doer mentality with a strong partnership approach

Detail oriented. Extremely organized.

Exceptional communication skills across variety of different levels within the organization

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a hybrid office environment and #LI-Hybrid. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 5% business travel may be required.
