As Supply Chain Manager and member of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for:

Supervising and coordinating all logistical operations of the plant and ensuring communication with various internal departments (production, quality, HSE, etc.), central functions (supply chain, marketing, etc.), and external partners; in this role, you will:

  • Coordinate scheduling, planning, and procurement activities to establish an optimal plan that fulfills production programs according to customer needs.
  • Oversee the activity of warehouses (receiving and finished products) by ensuring the provision of packaging upstream and finished products downstream, guaranteeing optimal stock management.

Supply Chain scope in numbers: Scheduling for 3 separate production entities, 490 references of finished and semi-finished products, 520 references of packaging and ingredients, total production: 43,500 tons – external storage budget: €1 million/year.

Managing a team of 32 people by optimizing skills, maintaining a good social climate, and ensuring the safety of individuals and equipment; in this role, you will:

  • Directly lead the procurement (3 people), scheduling (3 people) teams, and a logistics methods technician.
  • Supervise a storage manager responsible for overseeing forklift operators and warehouse staff.

Optimizing all processes within the Supply Chain scope; in this role, you will:

  • Develop budgets and make investment choices related to your scope.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data.
  • Monitor performance indicators.
  • Be proactive in the continuous improvement of your scope and participate in various transformation projects within the scope.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in the food industry.
  • Skills in project management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and logistics management software. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to find compromises in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in English at a level that allows for weekly exchanges with international contacts.
