The position is under the category of Yogurt& Fruit under Bel,  reports to Brand Director, Yogurt & Fruit, with the purpose to build strong brand presence of yogurt market in retail channel, responsibility from innovation to communication campaign of key retail brands, Pom’Potes & GoGo squeeZ.

 

Innovation & NPD

- Support line manager to deliver innovation strategy

- Lead Innovation / NPD projects, including team coordination (team in France), brief & timeline management, projects execution, packaging development, regulation & legal checking, agency / OEM management, etc.

- Develop the launch plan for new products

- Innovation / NPD project financial management, including budget, value chain, etc.

- Support CMI to do the consumer researches

 

Gain environment and market understanding

- Be conscious and regularly update FMCG/Food/Dairy/Cheese/Snack trends

- Gain full knowledge of kids yogurt and snack offer and segmentation

- Update and analyze retail/consumer panel

- Track the best practices of direct & indirect competitors’ (snack, dessert, alcohol mates) activities – new product, pricing, promotion, consumer communication, etc.

 

Participate in building brand reviews and plans:

- Competitive review analysis – NPD, communications, and media efficiency

- Analyze our own brands’ performances, and recommend follow-up/new action plans

- Support line manager in preparing brand review (part of annual business review), Budget, and Marketing plan

- Join the discussion with the agency and the plants in defining the key elements of brand ideas/positioning

 

Execute marketing action plan

- Participate in briefing agencies & selecting winning proposal

- Implement marketing activations both ATL (digital mainly) and BTL (retail channel and E-commerce)

- Manage local marketing agencies both ATL and BTL

- Monitor the performance of each action plan vs. KPIs and suggest to improve efficiency.
