YOUR MISSIONS

 

Digital Learning Design and Promotion of the Offer:

As a Learning Reference, you will support the construction and deployment of training while ensuring high-quality pedagogy by:

 

- Co-designing and developing internal training and communication materials (e-learnings, presentations in PPT and Canva, training materials, etc.).

- Tracking e-learning projects with providers until deployment.

- Monitoring the quality of content delivered by third-party content providers.

- Curating training content.

- Coordinating and facilitating specific internal training (webinars, masterclasses, train-the-trainers, workshops, etc.).

 

Learning Technology - Administration and Development of the Group's Training Platform (LMS - LxP):

You will act as Assistant Product Owner of the Group's online training platform, supported by the Global Learning Project Manager and the IT team.

 

- Setting up, updating, and integrating e-learning content.

- Conducting distance learning on platform handling for local key users.

- Co-animating the learning key users network of the group.

- Disseminating updated information (activity reports from the various online training platforms, best practices).

- Managing malfunctions, support, and assistance to users.

- Encouraging key users to use the new learning tools.

 

Management and Coordination of Training Programs:

Leading and coordinating the construction and deployment of flagship training programs, particularly in the fields of Management and Leadership, by:

 

- Developing and managing the various aspects of training projects: planning, exchanges with internal and external partnerships, communication, resources.

- Ensuring projects and programs proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

- Ensuring quality deployment worldwide in partnership with various countries and the global Learning community.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

- Student in Master 2: You are preparing a degree in Human Resources, Training, Digital Learning, or equivalent. We are also open to profiles in reconversion.

Curiosity and proactivity: You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to innovative projects.

Interest in data and technology: You have a keen interest in data analysis and new technologies in HR and Learning, and you are comfortable with digital tools.

Communication skills: You have good written and oral communication skills, in French and English (B2 minimum).

Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and are able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
