Apprenticeship is located at the headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

Within Bel's Research, Innovation, and Development team, the Open Innovation team's mission is to:

• Propose strategic directions through weak signal detection and foresight to prepare for the future.
• Seize external technological opportunities across a wide range of maturity levels to feed the pipeline with short-term projects and prepare for the future
• Develop these opportunities and transform them into business realities for the group.

Within the Open Innovation team, you will be specifically responsible for:

1. Leading the scientific and technical intelligence process, which aims to detect emerging scientific opportunities:

• Coordinating monitoring – reading newsletters
• Leading a network of RID experts, responsible for evaluating emerging scientific and technical opportunities detected by our monitoring.
• Communicating scientific and technological information in a simplified manner to the entire scientific and technical community (newsletters, webinars, conferences).

Tasks: Project management and maintenance of the existing process, Continuous process improvement, Community management on the topics. Monitoring, Drafting and dissemination of monitoring bulletins

2. To boost our Knowledge Management (base for capitalizing on internal knowledge and sharing scientific and technical ecosystems):

• Encourage RID stakeholders to use existing tools
• Improve tools to gradually enable the implementation of a genuine ecosystem management policy

Tasks: Training on tools, facilitating their use, monitoring indicators, and improving tools in conjunction with IT departments and the service providers who design the tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Master's degree in Innovation Management with a strong scientific and technological background and an interest in the business dimension of the role.

   

• Previous experience in research and development is a plus.

   

• Key skills that will enable you to succeed:

   

• Human: strong analytical skills, keen curiosity, autonomy, proactiveness, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills

• Linguistics: fluent in French and English

• Project Management: structuring and planning
