YOUR MISSIONS
You will join the HR Functional Teams and report to the HR Business Partner responsible for Legal, Risk, Quality/Environment, Regulation, and Communication/Public Affairs functions. You will be involved in the following areas:
Operational HR / HR Management

Support and administration of various operational HR processes such as recruitment, international mobility and engagement surveys

Support employees and managers on various HR related topics
-
Contribution to various cross-functional topics depending on team and Group priorities
HR Development
-
Support in execution of talent management processes (performance management, growth conversations etc.)

Supporting business teams in defining their development plans

Coordination of plan for Learning and development, including tracking and follow up
HR Projects

Involvement in cross-functional projects based on team- and Group needs, such as competency framework implementation
YOUR PROFILE
You can apply if:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years of higher education) in Human Resources (business school, CIFFOP, university, etc.)

You have already completed a successful first experience in a company and are eager to commit to an operational HR role

You are rigorous, well organized and have strong analytical skills

You are curious, proactive, and recognized for your ability to question and seek information

You demonstrate strong service orientation, communicative ability, and adaptability to different stakeholders

You are proficient in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good level of English (written and spoken), French is a plus
