The mission of our Sales Force team is to represent our brands such as La Vache qui rit®, Kiri®, Mini Babybel®, Boursin® in major and medium-sized stores (GMS).

Our Sales Force in France is currently composed of 9 regions, each managed by a Regional Sales Manager. Each team consists of sector managers and sales promoters.

We are recruiting for the Metz region, on a permanent contract (CDI), our new: NURSERY SECTOR MANAGER M/F

You will be part of the Bel France Commercial Department and will report to the Regional Sales Manager East. You will join a team of 10 people (7 Sector Managers and 3 Sales Promoters).

You are responsible for visiting the sales outlets in your sector, which includes 51 stores (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drive-thrus) to develop volumes, turnover, market share, and the visibility of Bel Group products.

You will be itinerant in the Moselle department (57).

Your main missions are as follows:

Assortment

  • Ensure the presence of Bel references in all sales outlets in your sector (Distribution Numbers: DN)
  • Ensure anti-break measures on our products on the shelves
  • Optimize and recommend the best possible assortment

Merchandising

  • Develop the positioning and visibility of our references on the shelves
  • Diagnose and negotiate an optimization of the cheese shelf
  • Verify the presence of price tags, address stock shortages, adjust minimum presentation stocks and verify backstock,

Promotion and Theatricalization

  • Resell and theatricalize the promotional actions negotiated in National and Regional Purchasing Centers

Analysis and Competitive Intelligence

  • Enter actions into the available tools and analyze performance to adapt your action plans.
  • Collect information about your clients and competitor products.

PROFILE

With a commercial background, you have initial experience as a Sector Manager in the GMS circuit through an internship or a permanent contract or in a sales or marketing function within the headquarters of a distribution company.

Subsequently, you want to evolve in the medium term into sales or marketing functions within the headquarters located in Suresnes in the Paris region.

You have a great sensitivity to products and a fondness for negotiation.

You know how to prioritize, work independently, and take initiative.

You have a sense of collaboration within a team, and you enjoy human contact.

To ensure your future missions, it will be necessary for you to be comfortable with computer tools: CRM software for daily reporting and use of the Office 360 Suite.

This position involves early hours and travel by car to reach sales points. Therefore, a Category B driving license is required.
