MISSIONS

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Owner (BPO) to join our team. This role is split equally between supporting Distribution and Demand Planning teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning processes, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a passion for driving process improvements.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 

 

Key and Ongoing Job Responsabilities :

 

Demand Planning Support (50%)

  • Training and Facilitation: Leverage the newly created DP skill matrix and training toolkit to launch/animate a dynamic BEL demand academy, ensuring DPs reach the desired maturity level.
  • Assessments and Training/Process Improvement: Conduct assessments and improve continuously training materials (RISE software support) to enhance the capabilities of Demand Planning teams and prepare them to transition to a new APS.                                  Propose recommendations for improving demand planning processes and contribute to create useful and action-oriented reports (power BI, excel dashboard).
  • KPI Management: Animate and monitor KPIs such as MAD and Bias.
  • Community: Relaunch Demand Planners community and key user pillars.
  • Monetize the forecast bias analysis to determine the inventory impact
  • Maturity Matrix: In a second phase, develop the DP towards reasonability, waterfall concepts and involvement within S&OP. Contribute to S&OP BU maturity matrix.)                                                                                                                                            

 

Distribution Planning Support (50%)

  • Training/process Improvement: Help establish current Distribution Replenishment Planning processes for Domestic and Export Markets + document training material (JDA).
    Contribute to definition of Distribution planning strategy and standards and associated performance measurement.
    Upgrade current way of working for Distribution planners, ensuring an adequate usage of current planning tool to secure a smooth transition to future APS.
    Establish clear Roles and Responsibilities between Master Planners and  Distribution Planners.
  • Community: Foster engagement within distribution planning community and oversee key users.
    Support and pilot operational developments in planning tool for Supply Planning functions, working closely with IT department.
  • Skills Matrix: Build skills matrix for Supply Planning functions, particularly for Master Planners & Distribution Planner.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

 

Required Qualifications and/or Professional Experience:

 

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain and/or Commerce, Management.

Min 5 years of experience in Supply Chain

Established experience in the field of Planning functions within an APS (JDA / Kinaxis if possible)

Demand planning at Bel (JDA) or experience in DP using Kinaxis APS

 

Specific Skills (Foreign Languages, Software...) :

 

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Excel basic to intermediate knowledge is required

Power BI knowledge is a plus
