Role : Brand Financial Controller – Synthesis & Methodological Lead for Brand and Global Innovation Financial Tracking: performance monitoring, management of budget processes, and oversight of strategic initiatives. 

 

Scope:
Global scope covering the Boursin and Kiri brands, as well as central marketing budgets.

 

Management:
Direct management of one team member responsible for monitoring marketing spend.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in financial tracking for brands within the team; proactively propose shared tools and methods (for monthly reviews, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
  • Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI, dynamic Excel tools, etc.).
  • Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
  • Ensure the brand perspective is fully considered during key decision moments and integrated within the Group's financial systems.
  • Monitor and coordinate central marketing budgets (research, activation, advertising for global brands).
  • Coordinate common tools and processes across the team, in collaboration with the Group FP&A team.
  • Diagnose and implement plans to improve brand profitability.
  • Oversee the financial tracking of the brand’s strategic prioritie.
  • Simulate product P&Ls for innovation and renovation projects, in close relation with marketing, product development, and operations teams.

  • Relevance and persuasiveness of recommendations.
  • Understanding of the Group's strategic brand challenges and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to interact with senior management levels (Brand GM, Operations Director, RID Director).
  • Timeliness, quality, and reliability of reporting.
  • Ability to challenge brand and operations teams.

 

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Control.
