Job Description Summary
Bel Group is looking for a Brand Group Manager to join the Global GoGo squeeZ / Pom'Potes team.
Reporting to the Global Brand Innovation Director, the Brand Group Manager will define and drive a brand-new category growth strategy across multiple platforms, markets and business models.
The role combines portfolio leadership, innovation strategy, business development and cross-functional orchestration to build the next growth engine for GoGo squeeZ / Pom'Potes.
The Brand Group Manager will drive strategic choices and will lead the successful development and deployment of this global new category roadmap.
Having successfully developed fruit offerings for both children and adults, we are now ready to initiate a new phase focused on a new category to strengthen our mission of providing healthy snacks for all, for good.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to is to lead a brand-new category strategic vision, portfolio design process and the execution of its road map!
- Set the strategic frame

- Define the global new category growth vision and strategic ambition for the next years.
- Build strategic recommendations supported by consumer, business and market insights
- Define and lead our ultimate brand-new category portfolio composed of multiples verticals & concepts for the next 5 years

- Deliver a business case: including size of the prize, potential, competition and source of business
- NPDs from design to execution > What need state, occasion, target, commercialization and launch plan
- What role and Job-To-Be-Done for each concept within the portfolio
- Challenge: Make this new category attractive and tasty > play with crunchy, seasoning, fermented… > #partnerships

- Lead all the New Product Development steam activities to secure relevance and T2Market acceleration

- Lead the global portfolio design activities and global Product Development process
- Contribute to US & FR parallel New Product Development streams led locally to ensure relevance with global strategy and foster global synergies while securing 2017 local launch
- Understand synergies and capabilities to potentially leverage other category strengths
- Coordinate & influence the multiple partnership steams to secure relevance and Time-to-Market acceleration

Qualifications and Competencies:
We’re looking for a Brand Group Manager capable of shaping a new growth platform, influencing key stakeholders and leading complex strategic initiatives in an international environment.
We’re also looking for someone who is excited by the idea of building something new, shaping the future of snacking, and turning vegetables into a source of desire, fun and growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic builder, someone who enjoys connecting dots across markets, and transforming bold ideas into concrete realities.
- Passionate to contribute to the future of food and to purpose driven organization
- 10 years of experience minimum with strong experience in innovation, portfolio strategy and new business creation, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or food
- Proven experience leading large-scale innovation or transformation programs.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with high business orientations.
- A profile comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and action: defining a long‑term vision while driving first initiatives
- Proven ability to craft compelling concepts and business cases, from consumer insight to channel strategy
- A natural connector, able to work seamlessly with cross‑functional and international teams, notably across US and France
- Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, hands‑on, energized by ambiguity, and motivated by learning through doing
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, both internally and with external partners
- Fluent in English (French is a plus), with the ability to inspire, align and bring people along
