Mission
The OOH-Channel Junior Project Manager is responsible for the screening, coordination & executions of innovations, renovations, product stops, activations and productivity projects for all brands & all geographies on any multi-country project. He plays a pivotal role in the execution of Out of Home Channel topline acceleration together with the Out of Home Chanel Marketing Manager.
Main responsibilities
Activity Management (40%)
- Centralize & screen all entry feasibility requests on OOH related projects coming from the countries & factories.
- Lead the execution of any OOH inno/reno/cost saving/product stop/activation project to ensure timely, cost-effective & high quality product launch (PAM creation, DROP & FEI coordination, coordination with local AMs & global masterplanning…)
- Supervise deliverables, timelines and monitor with other departments.
- Pro-actively recommend optimizations to reduce portfolio complexity & scale-up opportunities.
Packaging Execution Lead & Coordination (30%)
- Lead the pack & design work-package of any OOH related topic from data collection for agency brief to pack execution ready for printing (regulatory & legal, nutrition & CSR, quality, pack RID, graphic chain...)
- Build the pack execution timeline & recommend best action plan/launch window to minimize scrapping costs & ensure customer window – aligned with Graphic Chain, Pack Purchasing Team & Master Planning.
- Brief the agency & be responsible for providing brand & OOH-compliant visual assets : brand ID, POSM, Pack Exec Docs & 3D Masters, Ecom hero images.
- Regularly update & share global OOH portfolio
- Check & approve all supports ready for 1st printing, being the gatekeeper of consistent brand & OOH execution throughout all touchpoints.
Marketing Missions: (30%)
- Support to OOH inno pipeline exploration & development (data analytics, trend watch, workshop, selling story, quarterly report, OOH Committee preparation) & lead OOH reno projects.
- Contribute to monthly business monitoring (check data compliancy, create purchase orders, monitor packaging budget)
- Key OOH contact for PPWR implementation
Team management / Coordination of cross-functional activities (if applicable)
- Reports to: Global OOH Chanel marketing Manager who reports to Global OOH General Manager
- Collaborates with: Local OOH marketing & activity managers, Global Mkt, R&D, industrial, Quality Teams, Master planners
Key performance indicators and impact on results (qualitative and quantitative)
Qualitative: Teamwork, Partnership with Global OOH & Brand Teams, Master Planning and countries, Proactivity, Business & solution oriented.
Quantitative: Nb of leaded projects, on time launches & in line with A&P targets.
Required level of professional experience and skills
Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
- Masters’ degree with 18-months project management experience in FMCG, ideally into activity management &/or marketing.
Required skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job :
- Complex project management skills (multi-country, multi brand, multi factory)
- Packaging development & execution skills (agency brief, graphic chain collaboration, data collection & excellence of execution mindset)
- Understanding & 1st experience of inno/reno development steps.
- Analytical skills (1st experience using panel data)
Required specific skills (foreign languages, software, …)
- Fluent in English & French (mandatory)
- Fast learner & able to quickly onboard new processes & topics
- Strong competence in project management, organization, process orientation and respect for timelines
- At ease with data & tool management, analytical & synthetical.
- Proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate & engage a team
- Leadership with the ability to manage and influence decision making
