LOCATION AND DATE
Full-time permanent position (CDI) available as soon as possible. Location: Suresnes - headquarters of Groupe Bel.
YOUR MISSIONS
Reporting to the Commercial Director and being part of the commercial committee, you will play a critical role within the Commerce BU Bel France with a major transformation agenda. You will manage a team of 4 people (Group Category Manager, E-commerce Manager, Data Manager, and a Graphic Designer).
Your main missions will be:

Develop a category vision by building and deploying a strategy through channels based on shopper data, market trends, competition, and client strategy.

Define/recommend and manage the assortment, merchandising, and pricing to support Bel brand performances across channels.

Contribute to the promotional strategy with the RGM team and ensure it aligns with category vision and brand challenges.

Design a compelling commercial story to support customer engagement and consolidate strategic partnerships with strong, innovative, tailored category reviews focused on the client with a concrete action plan.

Gather shopper and sales data to build relevant shopper-based customer plans and ensure perfect in-store execution.

Define Bel's commercial strategy and e-commerce policy by identifying and engaging in a structural transformation to become effective in e-commerce.
PROFILE
With a Master’s degree (or professional equivalent), you have at least 15 years of commercial experience at the headquarters of an FMCG company where you held category manager positions and exercised your strategic and analytical vision.
Experience in marketing and/or key account management would be a plus.
Recognized for your leadership, you have management team experience. You have the ability to effectively work with internal/external parties and to collaborate in a complex multifunctional environment.
Fluency in English (writing and speaking) and in French
