This opportunity is a 4-month fixed-term contract, starting in September 2025 at our Suresnes site.

 

 

Regular activities

 

•Schedules daily shipments to depots under his/her responsibility.
•Organizes the deployment of products according to priority of need.
•Informs subsidiaries of low stocks and short-term shortages, as well as the risks of downgrading or overstocking.
•Acts as an interface between flow managers and sales subsidiaries.
•Provides subsidiaries and carriers with visibility on the provisional deployment program.
•Gives instructions to plants and carriers for shipments within its scope.
•Manages carrier relations (continuous improvement, management of disputes, delays, etc.).
•Informs hierarchy and investigates disputes.
•Alerts the department Key User to SAP and Manugistics malfunctions.
•Transport pre-invoicing (for 2-3 carriers).
•Management of discrepancies & Idocs blocked flows on the Fauverney depot.
•Fauverney depot invoicing (Pallets/platform invoicing)
•Shortage management & creation of donation orders for Greek subsidiary
 
 

Key performance indicators and impact on results (qualitative and quantitative)

 

•Optimization of trucks and management of depot entry disputes
•Relations with plants, subsidiaries and carriers
•Control of transport budget and service rate, breakages, clearances
•Allocation of carriers in compliance with the percentage of shares linked to the call for tenders   
•Quantitative: supply chain costs, Donations-Delegations-Destructions, service rates, transport lead times.
•Qualitative: OTIF service contract reviews, service contract and operating procedure reviews, inventory discrepancies, implementation of improvement plans.  
 

PROFILE

•Master's degree in International Transport, International Trade or Supply Chain Management
•3-4 years experience including an Operational experience in transport and/or logistics

 

Required skills:

•Proven Supply Chain experience (transport, logistics, physical distribution or planning)
•Knowledge of markets and commercial & logistics environments (distribution structure, logistics service provider networks)
•Customs referent certification or equivalent through validation of professional experience, where applicable
